This meme is just biology doing its thing. For every smart one, there’s… the other one. You know the one. The universe believes in balance and apparently that includes distributing brain cells unevenly for comedic effect. The humor comes from that brutally simple truth we’ve all observed in friend groups, siblings, coworkers, and probably ourselves at some point.
